Simon is affected by:

~~mild obstructive sleep apnea
~~impaired hearing mild-moderate mixed hearing loss
~~visually impaired (Cortical Vision Impairment)
~~Nystagmus
~~Strabismus  (repaired via surgery August 2006)
~~moderate to severe hypotonia
~~mental retardation
~~developmental delays  (Currently at about 5 month developmental age)
~~high arched palate
~~severe underbite

~~Seizures--Myoclonic jerks, Atonic seizures, and Tonic-Clonic seizures
~~sparse hair pattern typical of PKS children (almost all filled in)

Medications:
~~ Topamax for seizures
~~ Lamictal for seizures
~~ Keppra for seizures

~~ Lactulose for constipation
~~ I give him Omega 3 Fish Oil also

~~possible tactile senstivity, although mostly in the hands (just starting to grasp and hold things)
~~Seizures--Myoclonic jerks, Atonic seizures, and undiagnosed episodes of a seizure variety
~~sparse hair pattern typical of PKS children (Getting there, but still not filled in)

Medications:
~~ Topamax for seizures
~~ Lamictal for seizures
~~ Lactulose for constipation
~~ I give him ground flax seed also
